Who We Are
CybeRavens is a rookie First Tech Challenge (FTC) team with the goal of enhancing the understanding of engineering and software principles in the next generation while practicing collaboration and communication skills with each other. We aim to inspire and promote FIRST throughout our community and the world.

Grow and Glow Approach
Grow and Glow is our unique approach to learning and teamwork. It encompasses helping our teammates grow in areas they are inexperienced in and glow in all areas they are knowledgeable in.
Turning Dreams Into Reality With Machines
We start our design process by dreaming. After sketching our ideas we turn to cadding. Using Fusion 360 we are able to test and see our ideas in 3D. Using CNC's and 3D Printers we are able to turn these designs into a physical build.

Environment
We continue to aim to make our team environment innovative and energetic. Our workshops promote an engaging learning environment where community members grow their STEM skills while having fun. Team meetings are collaborative and productive with the goal of advancing in all sub-teams of our project.

"Engineering and computer science always fascinated me- the fact that you could persuade a computer to do your will, or a robot to move the way you exactly envisioned it, intrigued me into wanting to start a robotics team. Robotics- where you combine both the software and the hardware, and make it into a cool robots, and even earn some money from winning competitions while you're at it? Oohh sign me up!"
