About Us

      We are the CybeRavens, a rookie FTC team aspiring to refine our abilities this season. Our team currently consists of five boys and five girls, all of whom are striving to do their best. We will design, build, and program a robot for FTC (First Tech Challenge), a rigorous robotics competition, where teams build a robot to complete missions. We have whole-hearted faith that our time in FTC this year will help us grow, especially in aspects such as teamwork and problem-solving. 

     

     Furthermore, as a non-profit organization, we envision a community where all people feel empowered to learn and achieve all of their omniscient pursuits. We do this by engaging our community with STEM, through the means of hosting workshops for students and community members of all ages. We want to share our knowledge with students and help them explore their interests and potential with creative and hands-on projects. We also host fundraising events, to help raise money to fund our ambitions of succeeding at FTC competitions and inspiring the next generation of innovative thinkers through our outreach initiatives and workshops.

     

     To further our impact in our community, we will focus our undertakings around our team's core values; innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration. We have chosen these core values to be as open to others as possible, allowing the spread of ideas and influence. We hope this will not only help our team grow but also allow our community to grow with us.
